Katie & Zach had me shoot their totally awesome engagement session in Richmond Virginia not too long ago - which was just totally sweet. But their wedding this past Saturday was nothing less than incredible. The very talented folks at Jacki Allen organized the event held at the Headley-Whitney Museum in Lexington Kentucky. Because this wedding was so fabulous and I shot for over 13 hours - here are several shots & details from the day.

The gorgeous dress. Which apparently someone pretty well known has the same tastes!

Getting ready.

During our bridal session, I caught this shot of Katie looking outside to see if the guys had arrived.

In lieu of doing a bridal session on a separate day, we spent extra time with Katie on her wedding day. Here are a few shots from the bridal session.

A little bridal party fun.

First dance.

The reception site.

The Maxx from Atlanta was the band for the evening and they were absolutely amazing. I am a musician of 15yrs, and I can honestly say, this is the most talented event band I have ever heard. If you want an incredible band for your reception, look no further.

The band had everyone gettin down.

Even Mom joined in for some fun.
